Israeli aggression on Damascus and Aleppo airports is an attempt to divert attention from the occupation’s crimes in Gaza

Damascus – The Israeli aggression on Damascus and Aleppo airports today is an attempt to export the Zionist entity’s crises and inflame situation in the region as well as putting aside its war crimes and massacres against the Palestinian people in Gaza, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said in a statement on Thursday.

“The Israeli latest aggression comes within the framework of the occupation authorities’ continued policy, based on aggression and violation of the international law and the UN convention,” the ministry added.

The statement added that the Syrian Arab Republic calls for putting an end to the Israeli occupation’s crimes, and applying the UN relevant resolutions, most of which are 242, 338 and 497.

In a way that ends the occupation, stops its crimes against the people in the occupied lands including the occupied Syrian Golan and ends its threat to internationl and regional peace.
