Iraqi security forces arrest two terrorists in Baghdad and Sulaymaniyah

Baghdad-(St) – The Iraqi Security Media Cell announced on Tuesday the arrest of two terrorists in the capital, Baghdad, and Sulaymaniyah Governorate.

The cell stated according to Alsumaria News that, based on intelligence information from the Baghdad Intelligence and Security Directorate, the directorate’s detachments were able to arrest a terrorist in the village of Al-Batta in Al-Taji district. An arrest warrant was issued against him in accordance with Article 4-1 terrorism from the Anbar Investigation Court.

In the same context, and through intensive coordination with the Sulaymaniyah Asayish Directorate, the Intelligence Directorate’s detachments were able to arrest another wanted person for the judiciary under the provisions of Article 4-1 terrorism issued by the Nineveh Investigation Court, while he was in Sulaymaniyah Governorate, the Iraqi Security Media Cell added.
