Iraqi security arrests 22 terrorists in five provinces
Today, the Iraqi National Security Service announced the arrest of 22 terrorists, during operations in five provinces.
The agency said: “With diligent intelligence and field efforts, security units were able to arrest 10 terrorists in Nineveh Governorate in the north of the country, while units in Anbar were able to arrest 7 other terrorists.”
The agency added: “The National Security Service units in Diyala, Kirkuk, and Baghdad executed arrest warrants in accordance with Article 4 of terrorism against 5 wanted persons, including two women working to transfer money to ISIS terrorists in the Kirkuk sector and handed them to the judicial authorities, to receive their just punishment in accordance with the law.”
