Iraqi forces kill five ISIS terrorists in Kirkuk

Baghdad,(ST)- The Iraqi Security Media Cell announced on Tuesday the elimination of five members of the terrorist organization “ISIS” in the northern province of Kirkuk.

The cell said in a statement reported by Alsumaria News: The security forces were able to locate the group that carried out the terrorist operation targeting a military point on the road linking Millat Abdullah district and Riyad district in Kirkuk, and as a result, a group of security personnel was killed and wounded.

The cell also explained that the security forces carried out a lightning airdrop, killing 5 terrorist gang members, and seizing their weapons and equipment.

Iraqi forces arrested yesterday two terrorists in Kirkuk and south of Baghdad.
