Iraqi forces eliminate three terrorists north of Baghdad

Baghdad (ST): The spokesman for the Commander-in-Chief of the Iraqi Armed Forces, Major General Yahya Rasool, announced the elimination of three terrorists in the Tarmiya district, north of Baghdad.

The Iraqi News Agency quoted Major General Rasool as saying in a statement: “With a qualitative operation based on accurate intelligence information by the Military Intelligence Directorate, and through preemptive operations, the security forces managed to ambush (ISIS) terrorist gangs, and killed three terrorists in the Tarmiya district.”

Yesterday, Iraqi forces arrested 3 terrorists in Diyala province, east of the country.
