Iraqi forces destroy a cache of devices and a tunnel (ISIS) left in Mosul

Baghdad ,(ST)- Iraqi forces destroyed a tunnel and a cache of improvised explosive devices from the terrorist organization “ISIS” in Mosul, Nineveh Governorate.

A statement issued by the Iraqi Military Intelligence Directorate saying that a force of the Military Intelligence Division raided an explosive device hideout in Fatuma area, in the Karaj district of Makhmour district, and seized a number of explosive devices and detonation devices.

 

The statement indicated that the same force managed to reach a tunnel in the village of Sarnaj al-Saghir in Makhmur Mosul, and the engineering units of the division destroyed it.

The joint Iraqi forces continue their operations to pursue the remnants of “ISIS” terrorists in a number of regions in the country.
