Iraqi forces capture an ISIS leader in Kirkuk

Baghdad,(ST)-Iraqi forces have arrested a leader in the terrorist organization ISIS in the Kirkuk governorate, north of the country.

Alsumaria News quoted the intelligence agency as saying in a statement today that through receiving intelligence information about the presence of one of the wanted “ISIS” terrorist gangs, a tight ambush was set up in Al-Rashad district and one of the wanted leaders of the terrorist organization was arrested in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 on terrorism.

Yesterday, Iraqi forces eliminated six ISIS terrorists in Anbar, west of the country.
