Iraqi forces arrest 24 ISIS terrorists in Anbar

Iraqi forces captured 24 ISIS terrorists in Anbar Province, western Iraq.

Alsumaria News quoted the Intelligence Agency of the Ministry of Interior as saying in a statement today that, “By following up on the movements of the terrorist ISIS gangs.  The Iraqi forces arrested 24 terrorists wanted in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 terrorism.

The statement added that “the arrest was carried out in accordance with judicial orders in separate areas of the governorate,” noting that “their statements were recorded in recognition and legal measures were taken against them.”

This is in addition to that Iraqi forces arrested 17 ISIS terrorists in Nineveh Governorate and three others in Kirkuk and Salah al-Din.
