Iraqi forces arrest 10 terrorists in several provinces

Baghdad (ST) – The Iraqi forces arrested ten terrorists during operations they carried out in several provinces.

Iraqi News Agency INA quoted the Military Intelligence Service as saying in a statement: “Based on accurate intelligence information, tight ambushes were set up in the governorates of Anbar, Basra, Kirkuk, Nineveh, and Maysan, which resulted in the arrest of seven wanted terrorists in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of terrorism”.

The Federal Police Command indicated that its detachments were able to raid the hideouts of ISIS terrorists, and seized explosive devices, bombs, and shells of various calibers in several areas in Kirkuk governorate, noting that the engineering effort detachments lifted the materials and detonated them.
