The Iraqi army backed by volunteer forces repelled the Takfiri terrorists’ massive offensives in multiple fronts on a strategic region in the city of Ramadi.
The army units thwarted the ISIL’s large-scale attacks on Khalidiya region in the Eastern parts of Ramadi, FNA dispatches said.
Tens of ISIL terrorists were killed and dozens more were injured in fierce clashes with the Iraqi forces.
Earlier today, the Iraqi interior ministry confirmed that at least 17 terrorists of the ISIL Takfiri group were killed in the Iraqi airstrike in Salahuddin province and dozens more were injured.
“The Iraqi air force carried out an airstrike against the ISIL militants in the area of al-Lain,” the ministry said in a statement adding, “The bombing resulted in killing of at least 17 ISIL terrorists and the burning of several vehicles.
The ISIL Takfiri terrorists have threatened all communities, as they continue their atrocities in Iraq and Syria.

The ISIL has links with Saudi intelligence and is believed to be indirectly supported by the Israeli regime.

Seven ISIL terrorists killed in Iraqi forces operations in Anbar Province
Sources in Iraq confirmed that the army’s operations against the ISIL terrorist group in al-Heitaoyen area in the Southern parts of Fallujah resulted in the killing of at least 7 Takfiri fighters.
“The first army division is advancing against the ISIL terrorists in al-Heitaoyen area near Fallujah in the Western province of Anbar,” the sources said.
The sources further added that at least 7 ISIL fighters were killed and tens more were wounded in the army operations
