Iraqi army kills number of ISIS terrorists in Diyala Governorate

The Joint Operations Command of the Iraqi Army announced today the elimination of a number of ISIS terrorists in an air strike on one of the organization’s hideouts in Diyala Governorate.

Al-Sumariya News  quoted the command as saying in a statement: “Through intelligence efforts and diligent follow-up that are based on accurate information by the Directorate of Military Intelligence and in cooperation with the Targeting Cell – Joint Operations Command, the Iraqi Air Force carried out a crushing air strike on one of the hideouts of the terrorist organization ISIS in a series Hamrin Mountains and managed to eliminate a number of its members.”

The statement added: More details will be announced as they become available.
