Iraq: Two explosions target a convoy of the American coalition forces

Baghdad (ST): Two explosive devices went off today targeting a convoy of the “coalition” forces led by the United States in Dhi Qar province to the south of Iraq.

An Iraqi security source told Al- Sumaria News website that an explosive device targeted a logistical support convoy of the International Coalition on the Dhi Qar highway but no casualties were reported, while a second bomb targeted the same convoy close to the first explosion causing damage to one of the convoy vehicles.

Similar explosions targeted “coalition” forces in Iraq during the past few months, which resulted in various damages.
