Iraq sends 88 trucks carrying humanitarian aid to Syria
The press office of the Iraqi Embassy in Damascus has announced that Iraq will continue to send humanitarian aid, including food and medical supplies to the people affected by the earthquake in Syria.
A statement issued by the office on Friday said that 88 huge trucks, loaded with food and medical materials and are weighing more than 80 tons, arrived in Syria on Friday.
Since the earthquake occurred on the 6th of last February, Iraq has sent tens of planes and convoys carrying humanitarian and relief aid to the quake- affected people.
