Iraq condemns the Zionist aggression on Iran and international community’s silence over a such brutal act

BAGHDAD, Oct.26, (ST)-The Iraqi government spokesman said that the Zionist entity continues its aggressive policies and widening the conflict in the region through blatant attacks that it carries out with impunity. This time, it directed its aggression toward the Islamic Republic of Iran with an airstrike on Iranian targets early this morning.

Al-Awadi said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA):”Iraq has previously warned of the severe consequences resulting from the international community’s silence on the brutal actions of the Zionist entity, including its attacks against our people in Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, and now this new aggression against Iran.”

The statement added, “Iraq strongly condemns this attack, expressing its solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Iran. Iraq reaffirms its steadfast stance calling for a ceasefire in Gaza and Lebanon and urges comprehensive regional and international efforts to support stability in the region.”
