Iran’s Shura Council: European Parliament remains silent on Zionist entity’s crimes in Gaza

Chairman of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Islamic Shura Council of Iran Vahid Jalalzadeh said that the European Parliament remains silent and ignores the crimes of the Zionist entity and its aggressive actions in Gaza.

“It is surprising that some members of the European Parliament turn a blind eye to the crimes of the Zionist entity in Gaza, as well as the aggressive actions of the United States and Britain on the territory of Syria, Iraq and Yemen and just watch the genocide in Gaza,” Jalalzadeh was quoted as saying by IRNA News Agency.

“It was expected that the European Parliament would issue a resolution regarding the immediate cessation of the killing of the unarmed Palestinian people and unconditional condemnation of the Zionist entity,” Zadeh said, pointing out that “continuing to issue resolutions with repeated texts will only mislead world public opinion about the facts on the ground.

Jalalzadeh called on the European Parliament and other European institutions to stop complicity in the crimes of the Zionist entity, and to put aside double and fake standards on the issue of human rights.
