Iranian security forces arrest a terrorist in the southeast of the country

Tehran (ST): Iranian security forces arrested a terrorist from ISIS terrorist organization in the province of Sistan and Baluchestan, southeast of the country.

The Iranian news agency, IRNA, quoted the commander of the internal security forces in the province, Brigadier General Dost Ali Jalilian, as saying: “After carrying out complicated intelligence operations, it became clear that a terrorist was present in one of the areas in the border city of Saravan, and a plan was drawn up to continuously monitor his movements, specify his hiding place, and arrest him.”

Jalilian indicated that the terrorist was promoting the terrorist organization (ISIS) within the framework of a specific plan in the region.
