Iranian security dismantles a cell smuggling weapons in the east of the country

Tehran (ST): The Iranian security dismantled a cell smuggling weapons and ammunition in the east of the country.

Iranian television stated that after implementing a series of intelligence measures, the cell was targeted, and two of its members were arrested, in addition to the seizure of 24 light weapons, more than 400 rounds, and a car.

The members of the aforementioned cell were trying to import different types of weapons from the eastern borders of the country to Kerman Province, and then transfer them to other provinces.
