Iranian judiciary Forms a special working group to follow up on the rights of the Palestinian people

Tehran, (ST) – The Iranian judiciary announced the formation of a special working group to follow up on the rights of the Palestinian people and file a lawsuit against the Zionist entity.

During today’s gathering denouncing the crimes of the Zionist entity, Assistant Head of the Judiciary for International Affairs and Secretary of the Human Rights Commission in Iran, Kazem Gharibabadi said: A working group of independent lawyers and defenders of the oppressed was formed, and several meetings were held in cooperation with lawyers in the Association and the Center for Judicial Authority Lawyers in the Bar Association, in addition to university professors and experts. We will take the final decisions soon and summarize them to follow up on appropriate procedures in international forums.

Gharibabadi pointed out that he communicated with the judicial bodies in many international forums and with the judicial authorities in Islamic countries to deal legally with the crimes of the Zionist entity against the Palestinian people.

He pointed out that what is happening today in Gaza has been going on for more than seven decades, and the result is that more than 100,000 Palestinians have become homeless within days, in addition to the death and injury of a large number of them.
