Iranian Foreign Ministry condemns repeated Israeli attacks on Syria, urges international action to stop these acts of aggression

The Iranian Foreign Ministry strongly condemns the repeated Zionist attacks on Syria and calls for serious action at the regional and international levels to stop these attacks and hold the occupying entity accountable.

The Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baqaei said in a statement on Monday that the continued genocide against the Palestinians in Gaza, the large-scale aggression on Lebanon, the repeated military attacks on Syria by the Israeli occupation entity, and the failure of the UN Security Council to stop the Zionist entity constitute a serious violation of peace and stability in the region, and have serious repercussions on international peace and security.

Baqaei stressed that the Israeli aggression against Islamic and Arab countries is a sign of the Israeli entity’s aggressive nature and an attempt by this entity to expand in the region, pointing to the responsibility of the United States and other Western supporters of the entity for committing these acts that violate international law.
