Iranian Foreign Minister confirms that Palestinian resistance measures against Israeli occupation are based on international law

Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdullahian reiterated the legality of Palestinian national resistance measures against the Israeli occupation.

Abdullahian said in a telephone call with Luxembourg Foreign Minister Jean Asselborn: The measures  of the Palestinian resistance factions in confronting the occupation are based on international law.

Abdullahian noted that the measures of the Palestinian resistance factions in confronting the occupation are based on international law in confronting the war crimes committed by the Zionist entity against the people of the Gaza Strip since the 7th  of this month. The aggression on the Gaza  Strip has so far led to the martyrdom of more than 4,500 people, the majority of whom are children and women, and the displacement of hundreds of thousands of residents, the bombing of Gaza hospitals, and the continued siege of this area in order to prevent the delivery of water, food, medicine and fuel to it.

For his part, the Luxembourg Foreign Minister expressed his hope that the critical situation in Gaza would end as soon as possible, and that the priority would be a political solution.
