Iran’s Rouhani: Palestinian people’s struggle against the Israeli occupation will culminate in victory

President Hassan Rouhani of Iran has stressed his country’s support for the Palestinian cause and its people who have been facing repeated heinous Israeli attacks.

In a speech during the Iranian Cabinet meeting on Wednesday, Rouhani called on the Islamic countries to do their utmost in support for the Palestinian people to save them from the savage aggression of the Israeli occupation, affirming that the Palestinian people’s struggle and sacrifices will culminate in victory.

Rouhani criticized the silence and inaction of the international community, Security Council and other international organizations over the Israeli aggression against the Palestinians.

On his part, Speaker of Iran’s Islamic Consultative Assembly Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf vehemently condemned the Israeli incessant crimes against the Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank and criticized the international organizations’ silence over these crimes.
