DAMASCUS COUNTRYSIDE, Nov.30, (ST)- The Iranian Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade Seyyed Reza Fatemi Amin declared on Tuesday that the Iranian companies are ready to contribute to re-operating the factories that have stopped in Syria and to establishing joint industries.
In a statement to reporters after visiting a number of factories in the industrial city of Adra , Fatemi Amin said that the aim of his visit is to develop economic relations between the two countries and support them to restore the glory of the Syrian industry, particularly the textile industry, that was affected by the terrorist war on the country.
Last Sunday, the Iranian minister and the accompanying delegation began a visit to Syria which included several official meetings and the opening of the second Iranian products exhibition, and it ended today with the attendance of the Syrian Investment Opportunities Forum, according to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA).
