Iran, France Call for resolving Crisis in Syria through Dialogue

Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab-African Affairs Hossein Jaberi Ansari met on Wednesday with French special representative to Syria Frank Jillette on the latest developments in the country.

During the meeting, both sides underlined that political means will be the only solution to come out of the current crisis in Syria.

 According to telegram channel of Jaberi Ansari, the two sides met on the sidelines of Astana 5 summit on Wednesday.

The two sides also underlined that the crisis should be resolved through adopting political means, avoiding unilateral measures, avoiding violence and paying due attention to the humanitarian aspects of the crisis.
