Iran Condemns Terrorist Attack Against Aleppo University

TEHRAN,(ST)_ Spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry Ramin Mihman-Parast strongly condemned the terrorist acts of attacking Aleppo University in which more 80 people, mostly students, were killed and more others wounded in Aleppo University on Tuesday.

In a statement on Wednesday, the Iranian spokesman added that these terrorist attacks will only strengthen the resolve in maintaining principles of resistance and steadfastness of the Syrian people.

He extended his heart-felt condolences to the families of the innocent victims and for quick recovery of the wounded, stressing that such inhuman act indicated weakness and frustration on the ranks of the terrorist groups.

He underlined Iran’s position provides for strengthening process of political solution for the crisis in Syria.

He called on all academics and educational organizations all over the world to condemn such blind terrorist acts and do not permit these terrorists, who think just about destruction and terror, to create obstacles in the way of Syrian people stability and tranquility.
