Riyadh, (ST) – Iran called for adopting a unified policy and a common position across the Islamic world regarding the brutal massacres committed by the Zionist entity in the Gaza Strip.
Assistant to the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran for Women and Family Affairs, Ansia Khazali said in her speech during the “Women and Islam” conference held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia: The whole world calls for the protection of women from violence at a time when Gaza is today exposed to the ugliest types of violence against women and children.
She pointed to the threat of the occupying Zionist entity to target more hospitals in the Strip, and its endeavor to complete the plan of forced displacement of the people of Gaza.
The Iranian presidential aide said: It is time for us to strengthen our positions and activities with our unity and cohesion, and declare with a loud voice that we will not allow war crimes and genocide to continue in Palestine.
Khazali called on the member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to demand that the international community work to stop the aggression against Gaza, expel the Zionist entity who killed children from the Committee on the Status of International Women, facilitate the entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip, and file a complaint with the International Court to hold the Zionist entity accountable for the massacres it practices against women, children, and the environment.
