Investment Cooperation with Iranian Delegation Discussed

 Damascus, (ST) –  Minister of Public Works and Housing Hussein Arnous discussed with an Iranian delegation, currently visiting Syria, areas of cooperation and investment in construction, infrastructure, housing and real estate development. The delegation represents the Iranian industrial group Yazd and Tradis.

 Head of the delegation and Eng. Abdul Karim Obaidi, expressed the desire of his group, working in the fields of construction and heavy industries, to establish a company working in the field of real estate development in order to work and investment in Syria.

  For his part, the Minister pointed to the wide opportunities available for work and investment in Syria in the fields of construction, housing, real estate development, establishment of a real estate development and investment company under the increasing need for building houses and introducing rapid building and construction techniques.

 The Director General of the General Authority for Investment and Real Estate Development, Dr. Ahmed Al-Homsi, presented to the delegation the areas and opportunities for investment ready in many areas of real estate development in Hama, Aleppo and the countryside of Damascus. He also reviewed requirements of establishing joint companies in the areas of real estate development and investment.
