International Flower Show will kick off in Tishreen Park in Damascus on Wednesday

Damascus, (ST) – Next Wednesday, the activities of the 43rd International Flower Show, which is organized by the Ministry of Tourism in cooperation with Damascus Governorate, will open at Tishreen Park in Damascus. It includes various artistic, recreational and cultural activities.

More than 140 companies are participating in the exhibition, including 15 foreign participants from several countries, including (Iraq, Lebanon, Egypt, Algeria, the Netherlands, China, and Bulgaria) in addition to the local participation, which amounted to 50 companies that produce and import plants and flowers and are interested in medical and aromatic products and in garden coordination supplies. In addition, 7 producers and sellers of cut flowers, 15 beekeepers, honey producers, tens of craftsmen, NGOs and people with special needs as well as government parties will also take part.

The show will be accompanied by a variety of cultural, artistic and entertainment activities, some of which will be held in the open air and will continue until the ninth of September.
