Interior Minister: Syria Continues to Fight Terrorism

DAMASCUS,(ST)_ Interior Minister Gen. Mohammed al-Shaar stressed  that organized terrorism practiced by various terrorist organizations in the region falls  in the interest of the Zionist enemy, which supports ,finances and arms all  these organizations through its agents and international and regional allies.

During his yesterday’s meeting  with participants  of the military  qualification course  for several  internal security forces from various disciplines,  minister al-Shaar pointed out  that Syria ‘s  people , army and security forces are proceeding in the fight against terrorism until the restoration  of  security and stability to the whole country, pointing out that “the Internal Security Forces ISF proved strength ,steadfastness and have been always side by side with the heroes of our armed forces in defeating  the armed terrorist organizations while violating  the country’s security. “

In conclusion of the course, the minister called on the graduates  to abide by  the rules of discipline , implement tasks entrusted to the ministry of Interior and the ISF, and adhere to enforcing  laws so that the public interest is the base for responsible  work .
