Interior Minister met Lebanese Minister of the Displaced

DAMASCUS, Oct.26, (ST)-Today, Interior Minister. Maj. Gen. Mohammad Khaled al-Rahmoun met the Lebanese Minister of the Displaced in the  caretaker government Issam Sharaf El-Din , at the Interior Ministry’s headquarters in Damascus.

The meeting dealt with the return of displaced Syrians and the facilities provided to Lebanese brothers who are coming to Syria, as a result of the Israeli aggression on Lebanon.

Major General Al-Rahmoun stressed that the Syrian state has provided all necessary facilities to secure the return of displaced Syrians and Lebanese brothers coming to Syria, and has also provided facilities to all those who are coming through the borders.

“We have  allowed entry under any document proving their citizenship and processing their situations within the centers, as well as allowing Lebanese brothers to enter with any travel document issued by the Lebanese authorities”, Al-Rahmoun said, according to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA ).

For his part, Sharaf El-Din pointed out that his visit comes within the framework of the continuation of previous visits and developments, stressing his thanks to the Syrian state for providing all facilities for the return of displaced Syrians and Lebanese coming to Syria.
