Five Palestinians were injured and others were detained today when  Israeli occupation forces raided areas in the West Bank.

The Israeli occupation forces stormed the city of Tulkarm and its two camps, Nour Shams and Tulkarm, for the second time within 24 hours.

WAFA said that a large number of occupation vehicles, accompanied by four heavy bulldozers, stormed the city from its western axis, and headed towards Al-Alimi Roundabout (the courts), and headed towards Al-Younis Roundabout, Al-Sikka Street, and Iktaba Roundabout towards Nour Shams Camp east of the city.

Wafa added that the occupation vehicles were stationed around the Martyr Saif Abu Libdeh Roundabout at the entrance to Nour Shams Camp, amidst the outbreak of confrontations, as drones were intensively flying at a low altitude.

The occupation bulldozers leveled Nablus Street at the entrance to the camp, and Al-Manshiya neighborhood, and destroyed the infrastructure and citizens’ properties destroyed by previous storming.

Later, the occupation forces and bulldozers stormed Tulkarm camp, specifically the neighborhoods of Al-Muqata’a, Al-Balawneh, Al-Madaris, and Hanoun Square, and began to demolish the infrastructure as well as citizens’ properties, and placed dirt on the doors of homes and shops.

The occupation forces fired flares in the sky of Tulkarm camp, and deployed snipers in tall buildings in the camp and its surroundings, amidst the firing of live ammunition at everything moving, while raiding a number of citizens’ homes. But no injuries or detentions were reported, however.

Earlier this morning, an Israeli drone bombed a site in Tulkarm camp, injuring a 57-year-old woman. Her condition was reported to be stable.
