Indian minister of State for External Affairs: We look forward to establishing strong relations with Syria

Indian Minister of State for External Affairs Vellamvelly Muraleedharan affirmed that his country is looking forward to establishing strong relations with Syria and to strengthening bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

Muralidhawan stated in a statement to SANA News Agency reporter: “India wants to strengthen its relations with Syria in particular and the Arab world in general, given the historical ties that unite the two sides.”

Hawan added that he intends to pay an official visit to Syria during the current month, where he will be meeting with a number of Syrian officials to discuss ways to enhance bilateral relations.
