Indian Communist Party condemns the Turkish aggression on the Syrian territories

New Delhi (ST):  The Indian Communist Party severely denounced the Turkish aggression on the Syrian territories demanding that the Turkish regime pull out its forces and mercenaries from the lands it occupied and halt the support and protection offered to the terrorist organizations operating in Syria.

Meeting member of the Central Leadership of the Baath Arab Socialist Party Dr. Mohsen Bilal, Secretary General of Indian Communist Party Doraisamy Raja  referred to the pivotal role Syria plays in combatting terrorism and the historic relations linking Syrian and Indian peoples.

In turn, Dr. Bilal presented a detailed review of the latest developments in Syria, noting that the Syrian Arab army managed to restore security and stability to most of the Syrian territories after liberating them from terrorism.

Dr. Bilal also met Rector of the Islamic University in New Delhi Dr. Najma Akhter  and discussed with her means of boosting cooperation and exchanging expertise with Syrian universities.

Dr. Bilal took part in an interactive symposium titled “The War on Syria” with the post graduate students of the Department of the Political and International Studies in West Asia states. Dr. Bilal Presented a detailed explanation of the plan put to destroy the Syrian state and target the Syrian people.
