Indian Albantar Party: Threatening Syrian sovereignty benefits US interests

NEWDELHI, (ST)-  Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Indian National Albantar Party , who is Chairman of the Hindu-Arab solidarity, Prof. Bhim Singh, assured the importance of Russia’s positive role in finding a peaceful solution to the crisis in Syria.

In a statement issued by the party said that chairman of the Party called Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to be his attitude towards the crisis in Syria in line with the positions of the NAM to ensure the preservation of peace in Syria and not to threaten its sovereignty in favor of what he described as “The American English slaughtering.”

The statement accused the United States of inciting Turkey to use NATO forces against Syria to meet Israel’s satisfaction to accomplish its schemes to expand its borders.

The statement also warned the US administration of President Barack Obama of trying to repeat the experience of the invasion of Iraq in Syria and learn lessons from mistakes of the past administration of former U.S. President George W. Bush.

The Indian Party pointed out that his country has the capacity and public relations to end the crisis in the Middle East.

The Professor Singh said in remarks in New Delhi in May last year after returning from a visit to Syria that the United States and Zionist movement are working against Syria to undermine their national positions, nationalism, adding that democracy must start first from the oil states and others who deprive their people of such democracy and not from Syria, while the Syrian people stand behind his leader whereas economic and political reforms are ongoing.
