India branch of National Union of Syrian Student celebrate Syrian Students Day

New Delhi-The Branch of the National Union of Syrian Student in India in coordination with the Syrian Embassy in New Delhi held a celebration marking the 73^rd anniversary of the Syrian Student Day.

During the celebration, the Syrian Ambassador to India Bassam Al-Khatieb stressed the important role of students in reflecting a bright image of their homeland in the countries where they study and work hard to prove their distinction and excellence in different fields.

He noted high level of cooperation ad coordination between the Syrian students in India and the Syrian embassy with the aim of sending humanitarian aid to people affected with the earthquake that hit Syria.

For their part, the students affirmed their support for their homeland and army in the face of the challenges, vowing to work hard to build a better future for Syria.
