Roll of Honor

Martyr Major General Samee Yousef Abbas,  was born in March 1958 in the town of Manizla in the city of Jableh, Lattakia. He joined the Military College  and graduated  from it in 1980. He participated in the fight against the Israeli aggression on Lebanon  in 1982.

Samee was a courageous man, and highly professional in performing his duty.

Since the beginning of the terrorist war against Syria, the martyr participated in defending his homeland. He fought terrorists in Damascus countryside, Homs , Aleppo and many areas.

Major General Samee Abbas was martyred while he was fighting against terrorists in Aleppo in Al-Layramoun area on the 22nd of March in 2014.
