In support of the Gaza Strip… Solidarity march in Jaramana camp in Damascus countryside

In support of the people of the besieged Gaza Strip and in condemnation of the crimes committed by the Zionist occupation against them, the factions of the Palestinian forces organized today a solidarity march in Jaramana camp in Damascus countryside.

Syrian and Palestinian parties, civil, social, cultural and religious activities took part in the march, which started from Omar bin al-Khattab Mosque, passing through the streets of the camp. They raised the Syrian and Palestinian national flags and photos of martyrs, and repeated phrases condemning the brutal Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip, affirming absolute solidarity with its people. They stressed that the will of resistance and steadfastness is stronger than all pressures and the only way to liberate the land and restore the usurped Palestinian rights.

The imam of al-Rahman Mosque, Sheikh Mohammed Wael Abu al-Tayeb, pointed out in a speech the need to continue standing and solidarity by all means with the Palestinian people from the Arab and Islamic nations and the free people of the world. He stressed the importance of national unity and continuing the Battle of Al-Aqsa flood to confront the Zionist enemy and counter all colonial conspiracies to achieve the goals of this battle by freeing prisoners and land and the return of rights to the Palestinian people.

Sheikh Abu Al-Tayeb praised the firm positions of the countries and forces of the axis of resistance, especially Syria, regarding the Palestinian issue, addressing a tribute of pride and reverence to the righteous martyrs of Syria and Palestine.
