On August 21st, the implementation of the Syrian-Iranian dialogue training program for central managers in ministries and public authorities began at the Arab Institute for Labor Studies in Sahara.
The Minister of Administrative Development, Dr. Salam Safaf, indicated that the importance of the program lies in the presence of Iranian trainers with long experience in training axes related to strategic planning, administrative safety, transparency and prevention of administrative corruption, in addition to creative thinking and innovation in public administration to create innovative institutions.
The minister explained that this step is the beginning of subsequent steps of training and rehabilitation, especially that Syria is witnessing a new phase in which it seeks to advance the competencies and capabilities of state workers, especially administrative leaders.
She noted that the ministry continues to implement the training program during the next year 2023 with its development and benefit from the evaluation of the current stage to overcome Gaps.
On February 21st, the Ministry of Administrative Development signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Iranian Administration and Employment Affairs Institution for the rehabilitation and training of human cadres.
