Hundreds of Israeli settlers storm Al-Aqsa Mosque

On August 7th, hundreds of Israeli settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces.

Palestinian media reported that hundreds of settlers, including MK Itamar Ben Gvir, began storming the mosque from the side of the Mughrabi Gate, with heavy guards from the Israeli occupation forces.

The Israeli occupation forces prevented women and Palestinians under the age of 50 and journalists from covering and arrested the cameraman of Al-Mayadeen TV from entering the mosque

The occupation forces deployed in the Old City of Jerusalem and the roads leading to the mosque and at its doors, and set up several barriers to obstruct Palestinian access to it.
