Hundreds of people settle their situation in Daraa amid facilitated procedures

On the second day of its reopening, the Settlement Center in Al-Houriat Palace in the city of Daraa witnessed the turnout of hundreds of people wishing to settle their situation, under easy procedures and great facilities by the competent authorities.

A source in the special authorities stated that “hundreds of citizens came to the Settlement Center wishing to settle their situation within simple procedures to return to their normal lives.”

The source said that the process of settling the situation is being carried out with careful follow-up, to facilitate all the necessary procedures to include all wanted persons wishing to settle.

The source pointed out that “there are directives for all military and security checkpoints, to facilitate procedures for the arrival of young people wishing to settle their status.”

The source indicated that “every person who has not completed the military services and military reserve services, his name will be removed from the security lists, and he has the right to naturally obtain whatever documents and personal papers he wants.”

Yesterday, the speical authorities in Daraa governorate re-opened a center for the comprehensive settlement of the status of wanted persons and deserters from military service within for a period of six days, to be an opportunity for those wishing to join the settlement process proposed by the state.
