Hundreds of families displaced as a result of fighting which erupted between terrorist groups in Hasakah.

Hasakah, (ST) – Hundreds of families have been displaced during the past hours from Ras al-Ain, in northwest of Hasakah city, as a result of violent fighting that erupted between terrorist groups in the area.

Civil sources told a SANA reporter that “a dispute occurred between terrorist groups affiliated with the Turkish occupation in the village of Tel Daheeb in the occupied Ras Al-Ain area to control a fuel station and an area of the surrounding land. The dispute developed into violent fighting with various types of light and medium weapons.”

The sources pointed out that the ferocity of the clashes prompted most of the people to flee from the village of Tal Daheeb and several villages around it towards the southern regions.
