Humanitarian, Relief Aid to the People of North and West Rural Aleppo
ALEPPO,(ST)_ In collaboration with the Syrian Red Crescent and the International Committee of the Red Cross ICRC, Aleppo governorate sent yesterday a convoy of humanitarian and relief assistance to the north and west parts of rural Aleppo.
in a statement to SANA, member of the Executive Office of Aleppo Provincial Council, Dr. Abdul Ghani Qassab said that this convoy includes of 23 trucks carrying 15,000 food baskets, 13500 health basket, and 14 thousand wool blankets addition to other citizens supplies.
Qassab pointed out that this assistance comes as part of the government’s attention to all citizens so that the care given will be positively reflected on people’s living standards, stressing the that more assistance convoys will arrive to various areas of the province.
People of the two cities of Nobbel and al-Zahra in addition to other areas, including Ifreen, Azaz, Arum and Alertik cave and other cities and areas in Aleppo governorate will receive the aids.
