Humanitarian aid from people of many governorates to those affected by earthquake

Today, a new batch including three cars of food and relief materials provided by the people of Al-Suwayda, will head to the earthquake-affected people in Lattakia Governorate.

SANA’s correspondent reported that this batch comes as part of a campaign “From Families to Families” in the affected governorates.

In Homs governorate, a convoy carrying tons of relief, medical and food materials is heading to the earthquake-affected people in the governorates of Lattakia, Aleppo and Hama

The people of the city of Salamiyah in Hama sent relief and food aid to support those affected by the earthquake in the governorates of Aleppo, Lattakia, Hama and Tartous.

Head of the Al-Khaled Charitable Society in the city, Lydia Houria, indicated in a statement to SANA reporter that this assistance is a simple charitable initiative by the people of the city of Salamiyah, to alleviate the impact of the disaster and the difficult humanitarian conditions facing those affected by the earthquake.

The organizer of the initiative, Abbas Afara, considered this initiative as a simple contribution of the people of Salamiyah towards their fellow countrymen in the governorates affected by the earthquake. He confirmed that it reflects the true image of the Syrian people of all sects, who stand together in adversity.
