Humanitarian Aid from Czech Red Cross to Syria

PRAGUE, (ST)- A military plane carrying humanitarian aid presented by the Czech Red Cross to the Syrian people took off today from Prague heading to Syria.

 SANA reporter in the Czech capital said that the plane carried mainly medical equipments and devices and that sending the new batch of Czech assistance comes within the framework of the Humanitarian Aid and Development Program for Syria approved by the Czech government in 2016 through 2019.

Over the past months, the Czech Republic sent several planes with humanitarian aid to Syria. The aid was distributed by the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC).
