Huge mass rally in Deir Ezzor countryside celebrating the return of displaced citizens to their areas

Deir Ezzor (ST): Locals of Baqras town and the neighboring villages held a huge mass rally celebrating the return of the displaced citizens to their areas after liberating them from terrorists by the Syrian Arab army. The participants chanted joyous slogans and highlighting the heroic deeds of the Syrian Arab army.

 Hundreds of Syrians who have been displaced  because of Daesh (ISIS) terrorists’ acts  came back to their villages and towns which were  liberated by the Syrian Arab Army in Deir Ezzor eastern countryside.

 

A number of the returnees expressed deep thanks to the Syrian Arab Army which managed to uproot terrorism and restore security and stability to their villages and towns, and dismantle landmines planted by terrorists before withdrawing from the areas.

Earlier, the authorities concerned had settled the legal status of a number of the citizens who returned to their areas benefitting from the amnesty decree.

Member of the reconciliation committee in Deir Ezzour Ali al-Fares said that the settlement was carried out thanks to the efforts exerted by our Russian friends, the concerned authorities and the dignitaries in the area who supported the option of the returning the displaced to their homeland.
