The Committee also asked circles concerned to define the displaced citizens’ basic needs to receive them from Industry Ministry to be distributed by the Syria Arab Red Crescent  in all shelters across Syria.

The HRC headed by Labour and Social Affairs Minister is providing displaced and affected citizens with food and medicine. It includes representatives from popular organizations, vocational unions, the Syrian Arab Red Crescent, and  NGO’s .

Besides, it contains representatives from Ministries of Interior, Health, Local Administration, Education, National Reconciliation, Awqaf, and Labour and Social Affairs.
