Housing Minister: Improving Investment Climate

DAMASCUS, (ST)- The Minister of Housing Eng. Mohammad Walid Ghazal underlined the role of the General Authority for Development and Investment in contributing to the construction process and stimulating the private sector by encouraging establishments that will be able to help in the process of construction.

The Minister, during the board’s meeting, stressed on the need to discuss the development of its work to develop clear strategies and specific programs of work of the body due to its role in the urban development and housing needs to secure and improve the investment climate in the next phase.

 

Eng. Ghazal pointed confirmed the need to address the deficiencies to improve the mechanism of work, avoid obstacles, provide facilities and positive merits to encourage investment and in the field of real estate development.
