Houses of the residents in Qedsaya city in north-west Damascus damaged by the Israeli missile attack

DAMASCUS, Feb.9, (ST)-One soldier was martyred and 5 others were wounded as a result of the Israeli missile attack on the vicinity of Damascus on Wednesday.

The Israeli attack caused damage to the houses and properties of the residents in Qedsaya city in north-west Damascus, according to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA).

Today, a Military Sources declared: “At 12:56 midnight, the Israeli enemy fired missiles from south-east Beirut, and at 1:10 it fired surface-to-surface missiles from the occupied Syrian Golan towards some points in the vicinity of Damascus.”

It added that our air defenses intercepted the missiles and downed several ones. 

“The Israeli attack killed one soldier and wounded 5 others and left material damage,” the source affirmed.
