25 children from Syria participated virtually in the festival, which lasted for five days. Eight of them won various prizes, including the Golden Excellence Award in the fields of plastic art and poetry, and the Special Committee and Creativity Awards in the field of music and singing.

The honoring ceremony  included the distribution of a number of certificates and gifts for children, in addition to honoring the members of the jury who represented Syria in the festival’s competitions, which included a number of fields, including educational theater, drawing, music, singing, technology and invention.

Minister Tabbaa stressed the importance of participating in Arab and international festivals. He praised the achievements of children in terms of winning several prizes, expressing his hope that they will achieve more success.

In turn, the head of the office of the General Union of Arab Producers in Syria, Ziyad Al-Mouh, underlined the importance of this honor in encouraging talents to give more and excel and in shedding light on their capabilities. He  pointed to the need to expand participation to include children with disabilities.
