Hasakeh Governorate has honored today 75 families of martyrs from the city of Qamishli and its countryside during a ceremony held at the headquarters of the General Commission of Qamishli National Hospital, with an official and popular presence.
The governor of Hasaka, Ghassan Khalil, said during the honoring ceremony that the martyrs protected the homeland with their pure blood that irrigated its soil, and no honor is equivalent to their sacrifices, pointing out that the Syrian Arab Army defeated terrorism and paved the way to victory so that the homeland would be peaceful and united as a land and people.
In turn, a number of the families of the martyrs expressed their pride in the sacrifices of their sons who rose to the rank of martyrdom in defense of the homeland, stressing that they, like all honorable sons of the homeland, are ready to sacrifice for the sake of Syria, its pride and dignity.
