HOMS,(ST)-Interior and Justice ministers tour central prison in Homs

Interior minister General Mohammed Ibrahim al- Shaar and Minister of Justice Najm Hamad Al-Ahmad, have visited the central prison in Homs to inspect  the situation of prison and prisoners.

 

” The latest amnesty decree has  given  the prisoners a new chance to return to the right path” minister Al-Shaar stressed.

He praised the government’s efforts as regards realizing   security and stability.

In turn, minister of justice affirmed the necessity to  put the amnesty decree into force, asking the prison’s director  to set  a complaint box in the benefit  of the prisoners to be sent to  the ministry of interior and of Justice.
